Privacy Policy

What we collect

The answers you type, the documents we generate from them, your order and payment status (from Stripe), and basic, content-free usage events (for example, "preview viewed") with the ad campaign that brought you.

If you reserve an early-access document, your email address, used only to tell you when that document opens and to send you a link back to it.

We do not sell your information. We do not use your answers in advertising or analytics.

Who processes it

Hosting (Vercel), database (Neon or Supabase), payments (Stripe), email (Resend), AI drafting (Anthropic, under API terms that do not use your data to train models by default), and, if you arrived from an ad, Google Ads conversion measurement (order or reservation value only).

Cookies

A private access cookie lets this browser reopen your document. If you came from a Google ad, Google's tag may set measurement cookies.

How long we keep it

Unpaid drafts are deleted after 30 days without activity. If you reserved an early-access document, your answers and email are kept up to 180 days so we can tell you when it opens, unless you delete them sooner. Paid documents and answers are erased 90 days after your last activity; we keep the order record for accounting. You can delete your answers and document at any time from your document page.
